Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

We offer "Free Shipping" on all orders, and we use the carrier of our choice to ship your items. In most cases, we use UPS for shipping. However, for more remote areas in the United States, we may use USPS. If your order is shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, it will be shipped via USPS. If you are an international customer, you can choose your preferred carrier and method during checkout.

To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we may require a signature confirmation upon delivery for certain orders. This may be dependent on factors such as the value of the order, the destination, and your order history. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as it helps to protect your purchase and ensures a secure delivery.

We want to ensure that your order arrives at the correct address and in a timely manner. Therefore, please make sure to provide an accurate and appropriate delivery address during the checkout process. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are shipped to addresses that were entered incorrectly or deemed invalid. Thank you for your understanding.

In the event that tracking shows an item as delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you contact the carrier to file a missing item or not delivered claim. This can be done directly from the carrier's tracking page. The carrier will conduct an investigation to determine if there has been an error in delivery. Once a claim has been approved by the carrier, we can then send replacement items. Please note that we cannot investigate the delivery on your behalf and will only send replacements or refunds once the carrier has approved the claim as valid.

Refunds, Returns, Cancellation & Other Policies:

Window Tint Rolls:

Window Tint Rolls: We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we have specific guidelines in place to ensure a fair and efficient process. For exchanges, we only accept items that were shipped incorrectly or have shipping damage, which must be unopened and stamped "Damaged" by the carrier.

For Window Tint Rolls, we only accept returns for unopened packages. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking/service fee on returned items or cancelled transactions, and original shipping costs are non-refundable/non-returnable. Additionally, returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of delivery for any reason.

Precut Window Tint Kits:

We take pride in providing custom-cut Precut Window Tint Kits to our customers. As each kit is specifically cut for you at the time of order, we regret that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless we have made a mistake with your order. However, we understand that mistakes can happen, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order being incorrect, please reach out to us and provide pictures of the issue. We will investigate and, if it is determined that we have made an error, we will happily send you replacement items or issue a refund. Please note that if we have sent the correct item as ordered, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.

If you notice any creases in the film, please report them before installation as they cannot be removed and are easily visible. By installing the film, you agree that it was received in good condition and undamaged. Contact us if you received your film with any damage and do not install it. While we are unable to refund items received with shipping damage we will happily send replacements for you.

To avoid ripping or tearing your film, ensure that you follow the provided instructions carefully. Sometimes the film may not be completely cut, and a little trimming may be required to help release it from the liner. This is not a defect and is discussed in the instructions.

When removing the liner from the film, make sure not to pull the film from the liner. This can cause ripping, tearing, and creasing of your film. Instead, remove the liner from the film as demonstrated in the videos provided to you.

For windows with a concave curve, the film will need to be heat-shrunk before installation. Use a heat gun to shrink the film to fit the curve of the glass as a hairdryer will not work. The videos provided show you how to do this.

Due to inconsistencies in vehicle glass manufacturing, some minor trimming may be required for a perfect fit to your specific vehicle. You may need to trim the film for your defroster tabs, 3rd brake light or rear view mirrors, camera, sensors, or other windshield accessories for a sunstrip.

These kits are designed to fit the vehicle's OEM windows that were installed by the manufacturer. If your vehicle has aftermarket or replacement windows, the precut patterns may not fit them. It's your responsibility to know if your vehicle has aftermarket glass.

The precut film for the side door windows may seem too large as window tint needs to be tucked behind the weather seals and gaskets on roll-up windows. The "over-size" varies from vehicle to vehicle depending on the size of the gaskets and seals surrounding the window.

When handled, installed, and maintained properly, this film will not rip, peel, crease, delaminate, fade, or change color.

Ripping, peeling, creasing, tearing, delaminating, gooey adhesive, crinkles, scratches, holes, dirt, twigs, leaves, hair, bugs, and bubbles are all caused by improper handling or installation technique and are not product defects.

To avoid any mishaps during installation, do not attempt to install your film in the wind or on a surface where it can be damaged by pets or vehicles. Additionally, avoid smoking while handling the film as it can melt. By attempting to install the film, you agree that it was received in good condition and undamaged. Any damage caused during handling and installation is not a defect but was caused by improper handling and installation technique. The video instructions provided to you with your kit demonstrate, in full detail, how to handle, install, and maintain your film properly. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
