When will my order ship?
Precut Window Tint Kits are custom made-to-order items. Most precut kits require approximately 1-3 business days after purchase for processing, production, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation. Sometimes this can take a few days extra depending on the time of year and the volume of orders we are receiving.
Window Tint Rolls usually ship within 1 business day after purchase. Occasionally this may take an extra day depending on order volume.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed, packaged, and scheduled for carrier pickup. Please do not send multiple messages multiple times per day asking when it's going to ship as this only slows down the shipping process for everybody. If you've entered your email address correctly during purchase you will receive a tracking email when your order has been prepared for carrier pick up. Your patience, and restraint, is appreciated.
Back to FAQWhy is my tracking not updating?
Tracking information is sent once your order has been processed, packaged, and scheduled for carrier pickup. Tracking may not update immediately after the tracking email is received. Updates usually begin once the shipping carrier scans the package into its tracking system at the distribution facility.

Business days are typically Monday through Friday. Federal holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not considered business days. Processing and production times are based on normal business days only.

If production has not started, order changes or cancellations may still be possible. Once a custom product has entered production, changes and cancellations may no longer be available. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.
Back to FAQCan I return a precut kit?
Precut Window Tint Kits are custom made-to-order products cut specifically for the vehicle and options selected during checkout. Because they are custom produced, they cannot be returned or refunded once cut unless Northern Tint made an error with the order.

Window Tint Roll returns are only accepted on unopened, full 100-foot rolls. Partial rolls, short rolls, opened rolls, used rolls, and custom-cut material cannot be returned.

If you believe your order arrived damaged, incorrect, missing a piece, or does not fit properly, please contact us with clear photos showing the issue. Photos help us understand what happened and determine the best way to resolve the situation.

Full windshield pattern availability depends on the vehicle year, make, model, and glass design. If a full windshield pattern is not available for your vehicle, a roll of tint may be used for hand-cut installation.

Precut kits are not pre-shrunk. Window tint should be heat shrunk directly on the exact vehicle glass during installation for proper fitment.
